Gradial was founded in 2023, shortly after ChatGPT came out. At the time, content creation was all the rage. But as we talked to customers, what they were really saying was something different. It was the execution and operations that they really struggled with, and marketing teams were the prime example.
We kept hearing the same thing from marketers at enterprises. Agents don't actually do the work. They can't handle my operations, my tools, and my handoffs. They can create content, but if you ask me to build a page in my design system I can actually publish, I still need 10+ people involved and it takes 2+ weeks.
